    Bryan Smith leverages more than 15 years of engineering and management experience combined with graduate education in Information Technology, delivering a unique blend of business acumen, Virtual Team Building, and IT solutions integrations with proven Return on Investment and Operational Improvements.

    A recognized technology integrator with a reputation for establishing innovative approaches to solve complex infrastructure issues, his career has included leadership roles at NASDAQ, the Office of Personnel Management, Sirius XM, Deltek, and various Federal and State agencies.

    Bryan’s possesses both strategic and management competencies and technical proficiency, to include program management, strategic planning, resource management and allocation, Vmware environments, Microsoft Exchange, disaster Recovery Management, implementation & maintenance of LAN environments, networking components, Active Directory, and more.

  • Sheran K. Jackson – Vice President of Marketing

    Sheran K. Jackson is an accomplished Federal Manager with exceptional strengths in each of the following areas: Forecasting & Succession Planning, Change Management, Training & Management Development, Position Management, Human Resources Policies, Procedures and Programs; Decision Support Systems; Leader Development; Career Management; Information Reporting Systems; Budget, Planning and Execution; and Strategic Planning. Serving in various Federal agencies, Ms. Jackson is the recipient of the Department of the Army Superior Civilian Service Award, Army Audit Agency recognition for the automated decision support system to assess individuals for membership in the Army Acquisition Corps, and the Peace Corps Director’s Distinguished Service Award for the development of the agency’s Leadership Development Academy.

    Ms. Jackson has developed many innovative and strategic business models and Apps: Integrated Program Evaluation (Business Model), Developmental Competition (Business Model), Your Story: Living and Documenting your Executive Corps Qualifications (Career Development App), and the EnergyLiving Game of Life and EnergyLiving Focus Journal (Happiness Hacks).
